Biografie

Pluto (geboren 1982 in Mönchengladbach, Deutschland) ist ein DJ und Produzent im Bereich Progressive House, Melodic House und Melodic Techno.
Schon früh wurde Pluto von einer musikalischen Umgebung geprägt: Seine Eltern, selbst Musiker und Musikpädagogen mit eigenem Musikgeschäft, weckten seine Liebe zu Klängen, Melodien und Rhythmen. Bereits als Kind lernte er mehrere Instrumente und entwickelte ein feines Gespür für musikalische Strukturen.
Die Leidenschaft für elektronische Musik entfachte die Compilation Kontor Top of the Clubs Vol. 3, die seinen Wunsch weckte, selbst hinter den Decks zu stehen. Mit großer Hingabe eignete er sich das DJ-Handwerk an insbesondere das präzise Mixen mit Vinyl und perfektionierte über Jahre seinen Stil.
2009 gründete Pluto die erfolgreiche Partyreihe Housesensation in Mönchengladbach und spielte dort mit bekannten Künstlern wie Klaas, Micha Moor und Vinylshakerz. Damit machte er sich schnell einen Namen in der regionalen Clubszene.
Nach Jahren kreativer Entwicklung und musikalischer Reife veröffentlichte Pluto 2024 seine erste EP „Liviosa“ auf dem Label Schallmauer Records. Die Tracks „Liviosa“ und „Working“ erreichten auf Anhieb die Top 10 der Beatport Hype Top 100 Charts ein bedeutender Meilenstein in seiner Laufbahn.
Im Februar 2025 folgte mit „Endcodiert / Auf Einmal Da“ der zweite Release, der eine tiefere, cineastischere Seite seines Sounds zeigte. Im Mai 2025 erschien „Night Production“, ebenfalls über Schallmauer Records ein Track, der internationale Aufmerksamkeit erregte: David Guetta und Miss Monique nahmen ihn in ihre offiziellen Playlists auf. Dieser Ritterschlag untermauerte Plutos Status als vielversprechender Act im Bereich Melodic Techno.

Biography

Pluto (born 1982 in Mönchengladbach, Germany) is a DJ and producer specializing in Progressive House, Melodic House, and Melodic Techno.
Pluto grew up in a deeply musical environment: his parents, both musicians and music educators running their own music store, inspired his love for sounds, melodies, and rhythms. From an early age, he learned to play several instruments and developed a keen ear for musical structures.
His passion for electronic music was sparked by the compilation Kontor Top of the Clubs Vol. 3, which inspired him to take to the decks himself. With great dedication, he mastered the art of DJing especially precise vinyl mixing and refined his style over many years.
In 2009, Pluto founded the successful party series Housesensation in Mönchengladbach, sharing the stage with renowned artists such as Klaas, Micha Moor, and Vinylshakerz. This helped him quickly establish a name within the regional club scene.
After years of creative development and musical maturity, Pluto released his debut EP “Liviosa” in 2024 on Schallmauer Records. The tracks “Liviosa” and “Working” instantly reached the Top 10 of the Beatport Hype Top 100 Charts a significant milestone in his career.
In February 2025, his second release “Endcodiert / Auf Einmal Da” followed, revealing a deeper, more cinematic side of his sound. In May 2025, “Night Production” was released on Schallmauer Records as well a track that attracted international attention by being featured on official playlists by David Guetta and Miss Monique.
